This year's ECLAS conference (ECLAS European Council of Landscape Architect Schools) was organised by the Division of Landscape Architecture at the Department of Urban and Rural Development, and was held online 13-15 September.
This year's annual ECLAS conference was hosted by the Division of Landscape Architecture and had the title STOP AND THINK. The aim of the conference was to ‘stop and think’ in an Arendtian sense to underline the need for reflexivity in the landscape architecture field.
Holding the conference online and providing it free of change, led to a rich diversity of subjects and participants’ geographical location. During the conference, the 700 participants, almost 200 presentations, 69 parallel sessions and 4 plenary sessions stimulated innumerable conversations resulting in a conference which was viewed as a great success.
