Courses starting Spring 2024

  • 15 September 2023 - The application round opens on universityadmissions.se
  • 16 October - Admission application deadline
  • 17 October - Late application closed
  • 1 November - Deadline for receipt of application fee/document you're not required to pay
  • 1 December - Deadline for receipt of supporting documents
  • 11 December - First Notification of Selection Results (reply to your offer)
  • 15 December  - Late application opens for some courses
  • 18 December - Last date to reply to your offer
  • 21 December - Second Notification of Selection Results – no reply required
  • 15 January 2024 - Spring semester starts

Master's programmes first admission round 2024

  • 16 October 2023 - Application round opens
  • 15 January 2024 - Application deadline and last day to rank your courses**
  • 16 January - Late application closed
  • 1 February - Application fee deadline
  • 1 February - Deadline to document fee exempt status (EU/EEA)

Bachelor's programme first admission round 2024

  • 16 October 2023 - Application round opens
  • 15 January 2024 - Application deadline and last day to rank your courses**

Second admission round to programmes and courses autumn 2024

This admissions round is only open for EU/EEA and Swiss applicants.

  • 15 March 2024 - Application round opens at antagning.se
  • 15 April - Application deadline + last day to rank your courses
  • 16 April - Late application closed
  • 2 May - Application fee deadline and deadline to document fee exempt status (EU/EEA)
  • 20 June - ** Supporting documentation deadline
  • 11 July - Admissions results published on antagning.se
  • 15 July - Late application opens
  • 19 July - Last day to reply to your offer
  • 25 July - Second admissions results (no reply required)
  • 2 September - Autumn semester starts

** If you're completing your upper secondary studies in an EU/EEA country (other than Sweden), Switzerland or an IB/EB programme, you have until 5 July to submit your documents. All other supporting documents should be submitted together with your application. If you haven't yet submitted documents you have on hand, submit them as soon as possible. Don't wait - upload them right away.
