You can report errors to our ServiceDesk at phone number 018-676600 or send an email to support@slu.se
Note - When you report an error you must specify:
User name
Cell phone number
The name of the machine (printed on the front)
Time when the problem occured
What happened?
Visitors at the SLU Library should report errors at the issuing counter.
Complaints
We have a print-out guarantee. If the quality of your print-out is not satisfying you can leave it to our ServiceDesk and you will in most cases get your money back.
