SLU changes its student account activity policy

SLU has changed how long your student account will remain active once you have finished studying at SLU. The change came into effect on 12 August.

Your student account will be deactivated two years after your most recent course registration in Ladok. Currently, accounts remain active for seven years. It is the end date of the course that applies, and two years from that.

The files you save on SLU’s servers and email inboxes will be deleted. Remember to save the files you want to keep before your account is deactivated.

You will still be able to access transcripts and certificates by logging into Ladok student with an eduID account for former SLU students.

If your account has been deactivated and you only have one re-examination left:

  • Contact the responsible department. They can register you in Ladok for the examination.
  • Contact Servicedesk, support@slu.se and ask them to activate your student account so that you can write an exam.
