To get full access to Ladok student, you need the Assurance level AL2 on your SLU account.

The easiest way to get the AL2 level is to verify yourself with Bank ID directly in SLU's ID portal.

If you do not have a Bank ID, you can verify yourself using Sunet's eduID service via SLU's ID portal. You will need to create an eduID account in order to use this service. When you have created your account you can log in to your eduID account via SLU's ID portal. There are a number of ways you can verify your identity with eduID. You can also visit the IT Service Desk and show your ID to receive an activation code that you enter in SLU's ID portal to verify yourself.

Please note that it may take up to 1 day before your new assurance level is transferred to Ladok student.

Via the ID portal, you can also change your SLU password or retrieve a new one if you have forgotten it.
