Exceptions can be granted by the relevant program board. You can find the form to apply for exemption on the Swedish website, För lärare i Alnarp. A general exemption applies to evening courses, summer courses, and commissioned training.

On February 5-6, 2026, student union representatives will attend training days in Ultuna. There will be no restriction on scheduling, but if possible, compulsory elements should be avoided. The training days count as student union duties, which is a valid reason for being allowed to make up for missed compulsory activities.

Installation, honorary doctorate, and docent lectures, business days, education information days, and Thesis Day should, whenever possible, be included in the course schedules.

For programs offered by the LTV Faculty on the Ultuna campus: Local-specific information decided by the NJ and VH faculties must be followed.
