Investigation into student recruitment initiated

An investigation has commenced at the behest of the Vice-Chancellor to explore whether we can increase the number of students applying, completing, and finishing their studies through strategic student recruitment efforts.

Senior Lecturer Lars Johansson has been appointed to lead the investigation:

– Student recruitment in all its aspects is a crucial issue for SLU. It feels exciting to have the opportunity to investigate this. In the initial phase of the investigation, we will meet many people, both internally and externally, to gather valuable experiences and suggestions. With a particular focus on how students, staff, and external stakeholders can contribute to an increased number of students at SLU, says Lars Johansson.
