Elin Röös - sustainable diets and food for the future

The environmental impact of the food system is a complex issue and many agree that changes are needed to make it more sustainable. But what needs to be done and how can we produce food and use our land for a sustainable future?

Elin Röös is a civil engineer who changed careers and became one of Sweden's leading researchers on the climate impact of food. Today, Elin is a senior lecturer and researcher at SLU in the area of sustainable food production and sustainable land use.
