Industrial Wood Supply Strategy

This course focus on how forestry activities are structured in the long term to sustainably and resource efficiently supply industries with necessary raw materials. The course is divided into the sections supply strategy, timber trade,supply infrastructure planning, and flow planning. After the theory sections, a compulsary company case study is conducted in which earlier knowledge are applied through mapping and analysis of a company’s supply strategy. Compulsary moments are assignments and specific seminars.
