The programme is preliminary and may be subject to change. The Orientation programme begins with sessions for incoming exchange students on 16 January 2025, and the academic semester starts on 20 January.

- Orientation - Introduction to Sweden, 10:00 - 11:30, online via Zoom
The Mobility Team will give you a brief introduction to Sweden and Swedish culture. We will also inform about campus specific information and the cities nearby!

20 January (Semester start)
- Meet and greet on your campus!
The Mobility team invites you to enjoy a moment of mingle with fellow exchange students and your coordinators. Enjoy a light lunch and coffee or tea on campus!.
Alnarp Campus 12:00 - 13:00
We will meet at the Service Center at Alnarpsgården. Address: Sundsvägen 6
Ultuna Campus 12:00 - 13:00
We will meet at the Service center in Ulls Hus, close to the main entrance. Address: Almas allé 8.
Umeå Campus 12.30-16:15
We will meet at the Service Center. Address: Skogsmarksgränd 17, ground level (3).
