Rural perspectives on continuous cover forestry

Sweden's forests are facing increased pressure to meet various targets including carbon sequestration, biodiversity, climate change adaptation, and production. Alternative forest management methods, such as continuous cover forestry, are therefore gaining attention. This panel session will discuss the challenges and opportunities in continuous cover forestry with a focus on rural perspectives.
