The programme is preliminary and may be subject to change. The Orientation programme begins with sessions for incoming exchange students on 15 January 2026, and the academic semester starts on 19 January.

10:00-12:00 Orientation - Introduction to studies at SLU (Online via Zoom)
The Mobility Team welcomes you to SLU and provides essential information to help you get started with your studies. You will meet representatives from:
- SLU University Library
- IT Systems
- Student Union Board (Sluss)
- Student Support Services
12:00-13:00 Drop-in session: Semester start (Online via Zoom)
Welcome to join and ask your coordinator any questions you might have.
10:00–11:30 Orientation: Introduction to Sweden (Online via Zoom)
The Mobility Team will introduce you to Sweden and Swedish culture, as well as provide campus-specific information and insights about the nearby cities.
11:30-12:30 Drop-in session: Semester start (Online via Zoom)
Welcome to join and ask your coordinator any questions you might have.
Meet and Greet at the Alnarp and Ultuna campuses
The Mobility Team invites you to a casual meet-and-greet with fellow exchange students and coordinators. Enjoy a light lunch and coffee or tea on campus.

12:00-13:15 Lunch - remember to sign up two weeks before

Uppsala/Ultuna Campus
12:00 - 13:00 Meet and Greet at the Service center at Ulls Hus, close to the main entrance. Address: Almas allé 8.
Get your documents signed and your questions answered.
You can leave your bags here in case you need to store them somewhere during the day.
The International Committee will join us.
