ELLS Staff Exchange 2025

Programme

The Staff Exchange Meetings aim to provide a platform for professional dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the development of collaborative practices in the fields of academic advising and career development. We hope these meetings will contribute to strengthening support structures for students across the ELLS network and beyond.

We invite colleagues within the study and career guidance field, such as study counsellors, study advisors, career coaches and programme coordinators/advisers.

13.00-17.00 Staff exchange, Part 1

Welcome to SLU! The afternoon will begin with a warm welcome to SLU, followed by introductions and short presentations. Participants will share best practices from their institutions and engage in interactive group discussions.

This session offers a great opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from each other’s experiences, and lay the groundwork for deeper collaboration throughout the conference.

Presentations, Best Practice Sharing & Group Discussions

This session continues the exchange of insights and experiences through short presentations, best practice sharing, and focused group discussions. We’ll conclude with a plenary discussion to summarise the day and reflect on key outcomes.

As part of the wrap-up, we will also explore the possibility of establishing a long-term network for continued collaboration among participants.

Registration and Cost

Register via ELLS conference registration. Please select "Yes" that you are participating in the Staff Exchange.
There is a limited number of spaces available.

There is no fee for participating in the Staff Exchange or the conference.

It is possible to apply for Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility. Please contact your home institution's International Office for more information about this. Receiving institution information to be included in the aplication is listed below.

Funding

We warmly encourage all participants to apply for Erasmus+ Staff funding.

This grant can help cover travel and accommodation costs, making it easier for you to attend both the Staff Exchange and the ELLS Conference.

To apply, please contact the Erasmus+ coordinator or international office at your home institution. They will guide you through the application process and provide the necessary support.

As part of your application, you will need to complete the Application for Staff Mobility for Training form. For the Receiving Organisation section, please use the following information:
