Application for student housing

Here you can apply for student housing at SLU. The student accommodation waiting list starts over each academic year, starting on 1 May and running to 30 April the following year.

The following categories of applicants are welcome to apply for accommodation using the provided form below

The deadline for exercising the accommodation guarantee is 1 May. Applications submitted after this date will be considered as non-guaranteed.

  • Applicants within the categories listed below are welcome to apply, however accommodation cannot be guaranteed

PhD students/PostDocs/Guest lecturers/Guest researchers that are not employed by SLU

Application will open 1 May.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer housing for families. If you require a larger accommodation than a student room, you will need to arrange your own housing while staying in Sweden.

Procedures for student housing at SLU Campus 

  • Complete this application form.
  • Students who are offered housing will be contacted by e-mail or telephone. Those who cannot be offered accommodation will not be contacted.
  • A tenancy can be terminated with two months’ notice by either party. Inappropriate behavior can lead to eviction.
