The Department of Economics invites interested students and staff to a lunch seminar.
Have you ever considered what drives you into taking a certain decision? Is it your attitudes that affects what choice you will take? The subjective norms, what others in your surrounding thinks? Or, is it simply explained by how well you perceive yourself to be able to control the situation that makes you take one decision over another?
During this Brown bag seminar you will get a walk through the research field of decision making with focus on psychology and behavioral economics. Preliminary results from the project Ljuva Juver will also be presented, a multidisciplinary research project about Swedish dairy farmer’s decision making in mastitis prevention.
