The Service Centre offers assistance in various practical issues to visitors, students and staff at SLU.

  • Admission notice – Information on how to get your admission notice on paper
  • Library directory – Using the library catalogue and finding your way on the library website
  • Library matters – Obtain library cards, borrow and return books when the library is closed
  • Forms and certificates – How to find the right forms and certificates on the student web
  • Document handling– Receiving and submitting documents to and from staff at the Division of Educational Affairs
  • Degree – Information on how to apply for a degree certificate
  • Disability – Information on support for students with a disability
  • Field bags – Loans of field bags (at Campus Umeå)
  • Contacts with the Division of Educational Affairs – Information on contact persons and telephone hours at the Division of Educational Affairs
  • Ladok certificates – Producing Ladok certificates when you need a stamp and signature
  • Keys Alnarp – Backup for key management for student housing on Campus Alnarp
  • Access cards – Management of access cards (hand-out, block lost cards, questions about the PIN and accesses)
  • Registration – Information on how to register at the start of the semester
  • Shadow a Student – Information material for the student communicators participating in the project ”Shadow a Student”
  • Exams – Distribution of exams (at Campus Umeå)

  • Parcel reception (Campus Alnarp)
  • Access cards – Management of access cards (hand-out, block lost cards, questions about the PIN and accesses)
  • Security and fault reporting Calls to extension 3100 are answered by the Service centre
  • Examination computers – Collection and return of exam PCs for teachers of students with a disability
