Exam and examination registration

Please note the following regarding exam and exam registration. More information will be given to you before your first exam, by us and by your course leader.

  • Compulsory registration

Registration for all exams is compulsory. Registration should normally be submitted via Ladok Student at least 10 weekdays before the exam. Normally registration via Ladok Student is used. Only students that have been registered for the exam in time will be allowed to take the exam.

  • Apply for adapted examination

If you have a decision for learning support with adapted examination and you intend to use it at a specific exam you should apply for your adaption via a link in the examination registration in Ladok Student. Application for adapted examination should be done no later than 10 weekdays before the exam.

  • Examination hall

Via TimeEdit Student you may see in which examination hall you have been placed approximately three days before the day of the exam. Here you may also see your anonymization code (if this is used for your exam) and information about adapted examination, if you have applied for this.

  • Bring a valid ID

It is important to bring a valid ID. Without a valid ID you are not allowed to enter. ID checks will be done when entering the hall at the same time as it will be checked that you are registered for the exam.

  • Arrive in time

The doors to the hall will close at the start of the exam. Those of you who arrive too late (but within 30 minutes) may have to wait up to 30 minutes to be let in, in order not to disturb the students who arrived in time and already have started the exam. If you arrive later than 30 minutes after the start of the exam you are not allowed to take part of the exam.

  • Avoid perfume and peanuts
